Mock Auditions: Submit your “audition tape” from choreography you’ve learned from the fast-track and sign up for one of our live feedback slots the week of March 10th! *Slots will be sent to participants once signed up.

3/4 Virtual Master SessionS W/ Hannie!

Hannie Dong, former Assistant Coach & Choreographer for the Las Vegas Raiderettes, brings a wealth of expertise to her role with a distinguished sixteen-year career in teaching and eight years of dance and leadership within the sports entertainment industry.

She is currently affiliated with Go 2 Talent Agency and is actively pursuing dance opportunities in the greater Las Vegas area. Formerly the Head Coach of the UC Berkeley Dance team and a six-season veteran of the Golden State Warriors Dance team, where she served as captain for four seasons.

Hannie garnered recognition for her accomplishments, including two NBA championship rings, representation of the Warriors organization in China, performances at both the Oracle Arena and Chase Center, and the title of Most Valuable Player (Dancer).

This workshop will be 60 min long for choreography and 60 min long for technique.

3/12 Virtual Nutrition Session W/ Ally

Join us Wednesday March 12th at 5pm PST for a virtual nutrition workshop with Ally Miller, a nutritionist for dancers and a former NFL cheerleader. You'll learn:

  • How to fuel your body for peak performance in the final month leading up to NFL auditions

  • Nutrition strategies for the days/week of auditions to maintain energy and stamina

  • Smart food choices to help you feel confident, strong, and prepared at auditions

This workshop will be a 60-75 min long presentation with time for QA.
